I was trying to reach you by e-mail, but it bounced back. Therefore, i'm posting it here.

I’m putting together a website that would promote Russian classic authors and contemporary writers to English speakers around the world. This is not a commercial initiative and I do it solely on my own time. Would you mind if I use some of your books on my website? I would convert MS Word books into HTML format for my website readers. I also am planning to provide ability to download books in PRC format for Mobipocket Reader users.

In addition, I want to preserve these books should you decided to discontinue supporting your website for any reason.

Please kindly let me know if you have any objections.

I was elated to find this website! In my childhood my father used to buy me Russian books translated in Bengali. I still feel misty-eyed when I remember all those happy moments spent in dreamland with Raduga and Progress publications! And I am so very sad that the agreement between Russian and Indian Govt could not be carried on... those books were so beautiful, so affordable... so lovable!!
I miss them really.
And... Thanks for this collection! By the way, Dunno was known as Anari in Bengali (one who cannot do anything right) :)
Please post more childrens books... I am all of 30 years of age but still I am craving for more Russian folktales!

Comments: I'm a big fan of Russian Folk tales. Raduga & Vostok publications books were used 2 b translated and Published in 'Bengali' Language also. I have a lot 0f them, my late father bought them. My favorite book is 'Valentine Katayev's WHITE SAIL GLEAMS' It is Still one of my most fevorite book..........Oh keep up the good work. And Post MORE BOOKS !!!

Comments: very happy to find books of ivan efremov,puskin,astrovosky,boris polevoi and so many others. i am a great fan of them.i saw russia through their words and russia became my second mother land. i love russia and all the authors of russia.please upload books that are translated in bengali so that more people of bangladesh have the opportunity to read them and love russian literature and russia.
